DVC’s Ian Pennicott QC, SC, has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus on 29 March 2020 while in the UK.
Ian left Hong Kong to conduct an arbitration in London on 7 March 2020 and has not been back to Hong Kong since. After a short period of hospitalisation in Oxford, he is now recuperating at his home in the UK.
DVC is pleased to report that Ian is in stable condition and is on the road to recovery.
