Hong Kong is a hub for commerce, trade and business. This gives rise to a host of trade disputes encompassing such areas as sale and carriage of goods, insurance, financing of sale, receivables financing and distributorship.

DVC members stand at the forefront of the commercial litigation arena, acting in many precedent-setting cases and high-value disputes. DVC members are also extremely active in commercial arbitration, and are particularly well-placed to provide commercial solutions to each client.

Niche strengths include banking, trade disputes, insurance, telecommunications, broadcasting, commercial fraud, commercial arrangements and contracts, and sale of goods, distributorship agreements amongst others.
