DVC’s Winnie Tam SC was a keynote speaker at a Seminar entitled “Strategies & Opportunities under the One Belt One Road Initiative – Leveraging Hong Kong’s Advantages” held in Beijing on February 3. She shared insights and exchanged views on Hong Kong’s arbitration and mediation services in a thematic session  on how HK and Mainland enterprises can create synergy. DVC’s Adrian Lai (Hon. Secretary HKBA Committee on Arbitration) and DVC’s Michael Lok (Hon.
