Jose Antonio Maurellet SC has been elected to the International Insolvency Institute. He will also attend its annual conference in London in June 2017.
The Institute is a non-profit organisation of practitioners, academics, judges and regulators in the international insolvency field. It currently includes representatives from over 45 jurisdictions. It is dedicated to improving international cooperation in the insolvency field and focused on promoting greater international cooperation and coordination through improvements in the law and in legal procedures.
