We are delighted to announce that 13 DVC members are among the first batch of arbitrators being appointed by the South China International Arbitration Centre (HK) (“SCIAHK”). They are Winnie Tam SC, William Wong SC, Anson Wong SC, José-Antonio Maurellet SC, Richard Leung, Ling Chun Wai, Catrina Lam, Calvin Cheuk, Benny Lo, Sabrina Ho, Connie Lee, Kaiser Leung and Look Chan Ho.
Established in 2019, SCIAHK operates as a Hong Kong arbitral institution and positions itself as an international arbitration institution. It is one of the qualified arbitral institutions under the Mainland-Hong Kong Arrangement Concerning Mutual Assistance in Court-ordered Interim Measures in Aid of Arbitral Proceedings.
