Hong Kong Legal Week 2022 (7-11 Nov), the annual flagship event of the Department of Justice, concluded this Friday. DVC Winnie Tam SC joined Panel Session II of the Rule of Law Congress, “Rule of Law and Justice for All”, moderated by Victor Dawes SC. Other panellists include The Honourable Mr Justice Robert Tang, Non-Permanent Judge of the Court of Final Appeal, and Rimsky Yuen SC. The panel discussed Hong Kong’s experience in developing a diversified and comprehensive dispute resolution mechanism and its future trend.
