We are delighted to announce that DVC members Richard Leung, JP, Frances Lok, Michael Lok and Joseph Wong have successfully passed the second Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Legal Professional Examination, according to the results released today (31 August 2022).
The GBA Exam, first held last year, presents significant opportunities for Hong Kong barristers to provide legal services in the GBA.
Upon passing the examination and obtaining the relevant practising certificate, Hong Kong barristers with accumulated legal practice experience of five years or above, will be able to practice law in specified civil and commercial matters in the nine municipalities in the GBA.
