DVC is pleased to announce the appointment of 11 members, namely Winnie Tam SC, Anthony Houghton SC (reappointed), William Wong SC, José-Antonio Maurellet SC, Jenkin Suen SC, Frances Lok SC, Ling Chun Wai, Yang-Wahn Hew, Adrian Lai, Benny Lo (reappointed) and Ellen Pang, as the eighth-panel arbitrators of Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC).
Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC) is an arbitration institution established in 1995 to resolve civil and commercial disputes under the Arbitration Law of the People’s Republic of China. It has developed into a leading domestic arbitration institution with significant global impact.
DVC Members have been appointed as panel arbitrators in international and Mainland arbitration institutions and are actively engaged as arbitrators in international and cross-border commercial arbitrations.
