DVC is pleased to announce the appointment of three members namely Jenkin Suen SC, Hew Yang-Wahn and Frances Lok as arbitrators of the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) for the period from 1 January 2024 to 30 April 2026. Currently, 11 members of DVC have been appointed to the SHIAC Panel of Arbitrators.
Members of DVC have been appointed on various panels of arbitrators in international and Mainland arbitration institutions and regularly act as arbitrators in international and cross-border commercial arbitrations.
