Planning Law

Planning law issues range from bespoke matters such as lot zoning and compulsory resumption to general issues in administrative and public law.

DVC is home to many planning law experts who have acted in some of the most substantial planning cases in Hong Kong. In addition to acting as counsel, members have also sat on the Town Planning Appeal Board and the Lands Tribunal.
